We have a responsibility to care for the growth God has trusted us with.
  • Add more services... at some point this will over tax staff and volunteers.
  • Find a new location... we believe God has strategically placed us here.
  • Launch another campus... it would be extremely difficult to find a good location and to replicate the Cathedral experience without losing key leaders and people.
  • We could do nothing... this would be unfaithful to the vision God has given us and would mean rejecting those who are lost, hurting and without Christ.

Our Vision

Build a new building on our existing 10 acres in the heart of South Florida
  • 700+ seat sanctuary where more can encounter the presence of God
  • Renovate current building into dedicated youth & multi-purpose facility
  • A dedicated Nursing Mothers area to provide space and privacy for mothers
  • Larger lobby with cafe area to provide a community space and accommodate guests
  • Larger parking lot will accommodate people more efficiently & add value to property
  • Increase of social space to handle ingress/egress transitions
  • Adequate office space will enable us to provide more impactful ministry
  • 24-hour accessible prayer room & Davie police substation
  • Gazebo area near pond for outdoor events

Our Needs

We are outgrowing every environment in our current facility.
  • The adult sanctuary reaching capacity is stunting our potential growth
  • Over-crowded foyer at prime service times feels uncomfortable
  • No defined space for nursing mothers
  • Limited parking causes visitors to park in grass and some may choose to leave
  • Inadequate office space restricts our ability to administrate & minister effectively
  • Not enough social space to facilitate sufficient transitions between services
